What you'll need

To explore & pre-program
Just a reasonably recent laptop or desktop. The 3D visualiser uses hardware-accelerated OpenGL.
To drive a real rig
Any Art-Net node or sACN receiver on your network, or an FT232R-based USB-DMX interface — the inexpensive, widely available kind.
To use your controllers
Optional: a MIDI control surface for hands-on faders and encoders.

Download & launch

No account, no licence key, no rig required. The 3D visualiser gives you a stage to light immediately.

Patch something

Pick from the bundled profiles or import a GDTF file. One command (or the patch wizard) puts a fixture on stage.

Run your first cue

Build a look, STORE CUE 1, press GO. The quick-start guide gets you there inside ten minutes.
