LMX is in beta, so nothing is for sale yet.
The prices for Pro and Education are published early so you can budget
around them, but they are not final and there is no way to buy either
one today. While the beta runs, every build is free and unrestricted
for anyone in the beta programme.
We'll announce it here, and to everyone on the beta announcements list,
before licences go on sale.
Why is the demo free with no time limit?
Because nobody should commit to a console they haven't programmed a show
on. Take your time learning LMX, build your cue stacks and run them on
the visualiser. The only limit is that the demo outputs DMX to six
fixtures at a time, which is enough to prove it on real lights. Lifting
that limit for a full production rig is what Pro will be for, once LMX
leaves beta and licences go on sale.
